The amount will be charged to the card when the order request is entered. There is no commission charged to the Customer. Payment is made through the secure server (Stripe – SSL).

PAYPAL

To purchase online without having to enter your credit card details on the site. Your account will be charged upon completion of the order. To register a new PayPal account, visit paypal.com.

BANK TRANSFER

The payment method via advance bank transfer provides for acceptance and validity of the order, only after payment by the Customer and unequivocal receipt by FRANTOIO SAN LUIGI di Sabatini Paolo of the bank transfer. The data for making the transfer are communicated upon completion of the order. The reason for the bank transfer must include the name and surname of the person who placed the order.

Please note that it may take 3 to 4 working days to verify the credit of the bank transfer and therefore the goods will be shipped only once the credit has been verified.

SHIPPING TIMES

The shipping time for the goods starts from the moment the order is placed, considering the first working day.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times from the notification by email of shipment are within 24/72 hours for Italy and for the smaller islands and disadvantaged locations. In Europe, depending on the destination country, shipments will be delivered within a maximum of 6 working days. Deliveries are made exclusively on working days, from Monday to Friday, during office hours, from 9 am to 6 pm. All shipments can be monitored online via the websites of our partners BRT and DHL, GLS.

We also ship a single product but not more than 30 kg in total.

GUARANTEED TRANSPORT

Shipments are covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in the event of breakage, theft or loss during transport of the order.
